- Provide timely and professional support to internal teams, addressing queries and concerns.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers, utilizing appropriate channels.
- Manage requests for letter of credit creation, increases, withdrawals, and cancellations.
- Offer process and claims support to other business units, enhancing efficiency.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel.
- Working knowledge of various classes of insurance and reinsurance business.
- Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a process-driven team environment.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach.
- Highly organized and professional work ethic.
- Comprehension of French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is desirable.
- A self-starter with adaptability and a willingness to meet new challenges.
- A competitive salary of up to £32,000 (dependent on experience).
