About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Forensic Intellectual and Neurodevelopmental Disorders (FIND) Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injury.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement care pathways to optimize patient outcomes and reduce the use of out-of-area placements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
