Reality HR is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As an HR Consultant, you will provide HR expertise across the whole HR spectrum to a range of clients, focusing on delivering value-added HR solutions tailored to their business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess client cultures and work collaboratively to ensure delivery of their HR agenda, both strategically and operationally.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to deliver bespoke HR solutions to clients.
  • Take responsibility for specific client projects, including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE, and redundancy.
  • Initiate and support people change and transformation initiatives.
  • Support senior leaders in attracting, retaining, and developing talent through talent acquisition and talent management plans.
  • Implement and maintain a wide range of HR policies and practices.
  • Contribute to the team's monthly sales targets and results.
  • Support the CEO in building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and conducting new business enquiry calls or visits.
  • Provide employment law and pragmatic advice tailored to the client's business.
  • Manage members of the Advisor or HR Admin team, including regular 1-2-1s, compiling personal development plans, and setting objectives.
Requirements:
  • MCIPD qualified, with FCIPD a plus.
  • Commercially focused, with a strong understanding of the need to balance employment and commercial requirements.
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience.
  • An advocate for change, bringing fresh ideas to clients.
  • Confident and outgoing, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep and demonstrable HR expertise, with the ability to shape policy and strategy.
  • Super organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Delegation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to meet the challenges of the business.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sharepoint.
