Your Life Your Way is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $14.00 per hour for day shifts, with opportunities for career progression and professional development in the field of Health and Social Care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and companionship to vulnerable clients, assisting with daily tasks, household chores, and medication administration as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality care and support services to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting clients with independent living, including meal preparation and household management
  • Administration of medication may be required, subject to training and certification

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A full UK driving license, with access to reliable transportation
  • Previous experience in care work is advantageous, but not essential – we provide comprehensive training and support for new recruits
