Deputy Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at JBM1200 Inc. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and manage store performance, including sales, stock levels, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure a positive and productive store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leadership, customer service, and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
