We are seeking an experienced Sexual Health Nurse to join our team at Locala Health and Wellbeing. As a Sexual Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients and contributing to the overall improvement of their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality, evidence-based care plans for clients
  • Work collaboratively with the Nurse Team Leaders and target groups to further develop and implement a high-quality, young person-friendly clinic-based and outreach service
  • Contribute to the development of Locala's Sexual Health Service, working towards the integration of Sexual Health Services across our commissioned localities
  • Deliver care through a client-centered approach, prioritizing the needs and preferences of clients
  • Work efficiently and productively to make a positive impact on client outcomes
