Job Title: Staff Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide high-quality care to older adults in a nursing home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide nursing care to adult patients in a nursing home environment
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
* Monitor and report changes in patient's condition
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

* Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) certification
* Proven experience in a nursing home setting
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care
