Job Title: RNLD Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Pro Nursing Healthcare Ltd.

Job Summary:

The post holder will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex learning disabilities. This will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement positive behavioural support plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop care plans for individuals with complex needs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on learning disability care
  • Contribute to the development of our learning disability service
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Learning Disability Nurse
  • Knowledge of positive behavioural support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
