Quality Assurance Specialist

ACS Performance is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Quality Systems: Create and implement quality policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct Metrology and Quality Audits: Perform regular audits to ensure that our measurement systems and quality processes are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our quality processes, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and Maintain Quality Records: Create and maintain accurate and detailed records of quality-related activities, including inspection plans, ISIRS, and FAIRS.
- Working Knowledge of Metrology: Possess a strong understanding of metrology principles and practices, including measurement systems and analysis.
- Quality Systems Expertise: Have a deep understanding of quality systems, including AS9100 and other relevant standards.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
