Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing measurement policies, conducting internal audits, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and maintain detailed records of Inspection Plans, ISIRs, and FAIRs.
- Develop measurement policies to reduce scrap in the machine shop.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Metrology with a background in Quality Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) and Optical Measurement Systems.
- Experience with First Article Inspection to AS9102.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with a wide range of materials, including plastics, rubber, and metals, and their inspection methods.
- Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and site procedures.
- Ensure all employees, contractors, and visitors adhere to safety standards and use provided safety equipment.
