The Role:

Senior Research Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Research Manager to lead our market research projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to define research objectives, select suppliers, and design, execute, and report on research findings.

  • Lead and manage quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods market research projects;
  • Assess research requirements, develop briefs, and commission market research agencies;
  • Evaluate and interpret market research findings to generate insights;
  • Communicate research results to colleagues and ensure evidence-based policy decision making;
  • Produce high-quality research reports and visualizations;
  • Oversee junior research colleagues and help develop their skills;

What You'll Need:

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Market research experience, preferably in a client-side or agency setting;
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Experience working with external suppliers and managing relationships;
  • A deep understanding of market research methodologies and tools;
  • Ability to present complex data insights to various audiences;
  • Leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching junior colleagues;

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
