We are seeking a seasoned Head of Commercial to lead our e-commerce operations and drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with our business goals.

About the Role

As our ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record in senior e-commerce roles, preferably in online retail. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing a data-driven e-commerce strategy that optimises our websites, enhances user experience, and ensures maximum conversion efficiency.
  • Managing territories in the UK and across Europe, driving the online commercial strategy, and ensuring our websites reflect our ambition and resonate with our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborating with PPC, SEO, and email marketing owners to create a cohesive e-commerce strategy.
  • Staying ahead of new e-commerce trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to keep BullionByPost at the forefront of the industry.
