About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to lead our e-commerce operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven e-commerce strategy to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in a senior e-commerce role, preferably in online retail.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret market data and financials to drive e-commerce strategy.
  • Exceptional data analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
