Audit and Accounts Manager Opportunity

We are working with a dynamic and well-established accountancy practice in Brighton, seeking an Audit and Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the technical lead within the Charities team, overseeing audit and compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to take on part of the Managing Director's portfolio.
  • Implement and manage audit plans in line with ISA315 standards.
  • Provide training and leadership to junior team members, developing their talents.
  • Hands-on involvement with client audits and preparation of financial statements.
  • Strong background in audit with comprehensive accounting technical knowledge.
  • Experience working with IRIS, My Working Papers, and Xero software preferred.

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus a 5% pension.
  • 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
