Audit and Accounts Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our expanding team at Protalent. As a key member of our Charities team, you will play a crucial role in developing our operational capabilities and enabling further growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take the technical lead within the Charities team, overseeing audit and compliance processes.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to take on part of the Managing Director's portfolio.
  3. Implement and manage audit plans in line with ISA315 standards.
  4. Provide training and leadership to junior team members, developing their talents.
  5. Hands-on involvement with client audits and preparation of financial statements.
  6. Strong background in audit with comprehensive accounting technical knowledge.
  7. Experience working with IRIS, My Working Papers, and Xero software preferred.
What's on Offer:
  1. Competitive salary of £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus a 5% pension.
  2. 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days) plus bank holidays.
