Audit and Accounts Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Accounts Manager to join our expanding team at Pro Talent. As a key member of our Charities team, you will play a crucial role in developing the operational capabilities of our clients, enabling further growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the technical lead within the Charities team, overseeing audit and compliance processes to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with senior management to take on part of the Managing Director's portfolio, driving business growth and development.
  • Implement and manage audit plans in line with ISA315 standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide training and leadership to junior team members, developing their skills and expertise.
  • Hands-on involvement with client audits and preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Strong background in audit with comprehensive accounting technical knowledge, with experience working with IRIS, My Working Papers, and Xero software preferred.

  • Competitive salary of £50,000 to £65,000 per annum, plus a 5% pension.
