Homes Sales Consultant Vacancy

The Development Manager is seeking an experienced Homes Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site and taking them on viewings
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and advising customers on the sales journey
  • Progressing sales and ensuring a 5-star customer experience
  • Ensuring the sales suite is presentable and maintaining a high level of professionalism

About the Job

This is a permanent opportunity working in a busy sales and marketing suite. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver a 5-star customer experience. The ideal candidate will have proven new homes sales experience and a strong customer service focus.

Requirements

  • New homes sales experience in housebuilding
