Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Compliance Manager

ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin speaking Compliance Manager to oversee and implement the company’s compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing internal processes and operations to identify and resolve potential compliance issues, ensuring all employees are aware of and adhere to relevant regulations and internal policies, providing compliance training, and participating in the compliance assessment and review of new products and business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Law, or a related field, at least 5 years of compliance experience in the financial asset management industry, and in-depth knowledge of regulatory regulations and policies, with extensive compliance management experience.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, be proficient in using compliance management tools and software, have a thorough understanding of compliance auditing, risk control, and internal controls, and relevant compliance certifications are preferred.

Additionally, the candidate should have familiarity with compliance and regulatory policies in the crypto industry.

As a key member of the ELP Consult Ltd. team, the Compliance Manager Mandarin Speaker will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
