About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team at Victrex. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line application support for business applications, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage, troubleshoot and resolve application technical issues.
  • Perform regular monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and performance of applications.
  • Assist with the deployment of new software releases and updates, including testing and validation.
  • Maintain and improve application support documentation, including relevant knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Collaborate with application cross-functional teams, super users and work stream leaders to support and improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide reporting & MI to IT Leadership Team related to enterprise applications.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in an application support role, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with ITIL framework and processes is required.

Candidates must have demonstrable working experience with Dynamics 365, to support the business with its ongoing transformational journey.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience. Our benefits also include 29 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, and the possibility to purchase up to an additional two weeks of leave, a competitive pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 14%, annual bonus scheme, share options and private medical insurance.
