Housing and Wellbeing Assistant Role

At Great Places Housing Group, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing and Wellbeing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to customers, helping them to fulfill the terms of their occupancy agreement.
  • Encourage feedback from customers, recording and responding to any complaints and compliments.
  • Ensure safeguarding concerns are promptly addressed and appropriate action is taken in line with Great Places procedures.
  • Conduct health and safety inspections, report communal repairs, and maintain the security of the building.
  • Manage communal cleaning and void cleaning, working collaboratively with the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
  • Demonstrate evidence of IT skills.
  • Have experience of providing customer-facing services in a busy environment, maintaining a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Develop and project a positive image of Great Places through effective communication skills.
  • Complete tasks accurately and efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve problems.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.
