About the Role:

As a Part Time HR Advisor, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employee enquiries, concerns, and conflicts, providing guidance and resolutions across the UK. You will support Investigation Managers with investigations, ensuring due process and policy is being followed. Additionally, you will facilitate disciplinary processes as necessary, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes across sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Deal with day-to-day queries from colleagues, reporting to the Employee Relations Lead and liaising with management as required.
  • Work closely with the People Services team to ensure strong communication and develop consistency between teams.
  • Provide guidance, building relationships and support to managers on performance-related matters, including managing probation periods of employees; coaching, feedback, and personal development plans.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a HR advisory role, advising/supporting managers on employee relations issues.
  • Hard skills: Including Google Suite, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, HRIS systems, Workday experience.
  • Soft skills: Strong Communication (Written and Verbal), Problem Solving, Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
  • Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree and CIPD Level 5 (Preferred)
