About the Job


We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Clinical Assessor. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a critical role in determining the permanence of an applicant's condition and their percentage disablement.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Meet face-to-face with applicants to review medical evidence and gather relevant information.
  • Proactively seek additional medical evidence from GPs, healthcare professionals, or services as needed.
  • Analyse clinical information and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making.

Requirements



  • A fully registered medical practitioner (e.g., psychologist, nurse, occupational therapist) or a regulatory body registrant with 2+ years' post-registration experience.
  • Fully registered without conditions or sanctions with the GMC/NMC/HCPC/NISCC and a valid PIN.
  • A valid full driving license and access to a car.
  • A background in Mental Health/Psychiatric specialty and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel/Word and PowerPoint.
