">About the Role
">The Clinical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and software solutions. This includes strategic planning, personnel management, and adherence to health and safety regulations. As a key member of the team, they will contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs that uphold the highest standards of patient care.

- Technology & Software Integration: Lead the selection and implementation of advanced healthcare software and technology solutions to maintain the facility's position at the forefront of healthcare innovation.">
- Personnel & Health & Safety: Recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment for patients and employees.">
- Patient Interaction: Act as the facility's complaints officer, manage patient interactions, and support the team in handling challenging situations with professionalism and care.">
- General & Facility Management: Oversee all aspects of the facility's facilities, including maintenance, IT systems, and compliance with legal and statutory regulations.">
- Performance & Quality Management: Lead quality assurance programs, prepare annual reports, ensure staff development, and maintain facility readiness for external inspections.">
What We're Looking For
">We seek an experienced clinical leader who possesses a deep understanding of healthcare administration, strong leadership abilities, and excellent organisational and communication skills. A proven track record in managing healthcare practices, familiarity with RQIA inspections, and knowledge of healthcare software systems are essential. The ideal candidate will also possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within healthcare, with practical HR experience.
