Job Summary

Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Advisor to join our team. As a National Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating repeat orders, growing and developing our defined portfolio, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make daily calls to generate repeat orders and process orders in accordance with the call diary.
  • Grow and develop our defined portfolio against targets, working with other sales staff and Account Managers to achieve maximum potential.
  • Accurately set up customers and orders on our system, completing call logs and reports.
  • Provide central customer service for National Sales Customers, dealing with all customer issues, queries, and requested quotes for products.
  • Manage alternatives and out-of-stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customers accordingly.
  • Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with internal and external teams to ensure maximum customer service levels are achieved.

Requirements

  • A full driving license (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong English and good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Receptive and helpful attitude.
  • Customer service history.
  • Excellent listening and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Able to work individually and as a team member, building relationships.
  • Interest in progression within 2 years.
