About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Templefields House, a 12-bedded residential service for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and make their own decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
