We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Ashworth Grange. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being, and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meals
  • Deliver care that is tailored to individual needs, promoting dignity and respect
  • Support residents with limited mobility to learn new skills and maintain their independence
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, including those with dementia or other conditions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
