Key Responsibilities
The Community Enhanced Rehabilitation Team (CERT) is a forward-thinking, psychology-led team that delivers rehabilitation interventions within a community framework. The team has achieved remarkable outcomes, which have been documented in published studies. Our inpatient services are distributed across two facilities, where psychology is firmly integrated. The hospital placements team assesses service users requiring specialized placements not available within the trust. Psychological formulation is central to this process, with a primary goal of repatriating individuals whenever feasible and creating care packages that are community-based.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the pathway and can tailor their focus areas based on their expertise and interests.
