Clinical Psychologist in Paediatric Psychology

We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Clinical Psychologist to join our Paediatric Psychology Team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with children and young people with complex health needs, providing psychological assessment and interventions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Paediatric Psychology Team is a dynamic and growing team, working within the Department of Paediatric Psychology at Leicester Children's Hospital. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with medical and allied health professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients.
The role offers a range of opportunities for professional development, including training in EMDR, ACT for Physical Health, and Systemic practice. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our team's reflective practice, including peer supervision and case discussion sessions.

Main Duties- Provide psychological assessment and interventions to children and young people with complex health needs
- Work collaboratively with medical and allied health professionals to provide high-quality care
- Develop and implement treatment plans in conjunction with patients and their families
- Contribute to the development of our team's reflective practice, including peer supervision and case discussion sessions
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
