Job Description

Job Title: Asset Management Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Leader to lead on the development and implementation of strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and expand market presence within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development and implementation of strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and expand market presence within Europe.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's business strategy and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the business development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, or a related field).
  • Proven experience in asset management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Security Requirements: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.
