About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at G2 Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of planned investment programmes and providing leadership to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of planned investment programmes, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including Capital Works Surveyors, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Inspectors, and RLOs.
- Procure additional works contracts and staff resources as needed, working with JCT contractors and consultants.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing housing refurbishment/construction projects and programmes, with a value range of £10-15m.
- Previous experience in line managing staff, including Capital Works Surveyors, Project Managers, Quality Assurance Inspectors, and RLOs.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including JCT contractors and consultants.
