Ambitious Aftersales/Service Managers are sought by a dynamic and expanding dealer group to lead their multi-franchised dealership in the Norwich area.
As an ambassador for the brand, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of highly skilled Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts people.
Key responsibilities include ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing productive activity, and providing guidance and training to team members.

Aftersales Manager Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of highly skilled Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts people
