We are seeking an Experienced Construction Project Controls Manager to join our team, responsible for delivering high-profile projects across various sectors.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for project controls management to take on a challenging role within our company. As an Experienced Construction Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing effective project controls processes to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the implementation of project controls processes, including cost, schedule, change, risk, and reporting.
  2. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and progress reports.
  3. Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  4. Analyze data and provide insights to inform project decisions and optimize performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  6. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  7. Participate in business development activities to identify new opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project controls management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical expertise in project controls tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • AAPM Planning and Project Controls Foundation and Practitioner certification or equivalent.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
