We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Director to lead our business development efforts and drive our growth strategy. This exciting role will give you the chance to make a real difference by leading key projects, developing partnerships, and championing our mission and values.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in senior management, with a track record of leading diverse teams and managing budgets. They will also possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with a range of stakeholders.

As a Christian organisation, we believe in inclusivity and diversity, promoting our values and mission both within the charity and across our wider network. The successful candidate will be a key ambassador for our ethos, ensuring our work reflects the Christian values of compassion and service to others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals, including a Fundraising & Partnership Manager, Family Mediation Officer, and Counsellor.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including statutory and business partners, churches, and community organisations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior management, with a track record of leading diverse teams and managing budgets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with a range of stakeholders.
  • Expertise in fundraising, partnership development, and writing compelling reports and proposals.

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum.
