We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategy and drive business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Built relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organizations
  • Lead a team of professionals in fundraising, partnership development, and project management
  • Represent the organization at events and ensure their influence grows locally and nationally

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior management with a track record of leading diverse teams and managing budgets
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Expertise in fundraising, partnership development, and writing compelling reports and proposals
  • A deep commitment to the Christian mission of the organization and an understanding of working with vulnerable communities

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
