Mental Health Support Assistant

At Ribbons and Reeves Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Mental Health Support Assistant.
In this role, you will work closely with an experienced SENCO to provide emotional support and guidance to Secondary-School children who are experiencing distressing levels of emotional stress.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building the self-esteem, self-worth, independence, and confidence of our students
* Collaborating with the SENCO to develop and implement individualized support plans
* Providing a safe and supportive environment for our students to thrive
