Job Overview

Lift Schools is seeking a skilled Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand their core requirements and maintaining a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source passive candidates through a diverse range of sourcing methods.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimise our process and create the best experience for all candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their core requirements and maintain a consultative approach.

Requirements:

  • Prior recruitment experience, ideally in the education sector.
  • A good understanding of data and how to use it to inform decisions.
  • A strong understanding of what makes a good candidate and what makes them excellent.
  • A sense of urgency and a tenacious drive to get the best person for each role.
