Job Title: Beauty Academy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Sector Business Development Manager to join our team at QTS-Global Ltd. As a Beauty Academy Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running and marketing of our Beauty Academy, providing technical support for the activities of the training and classrooms, and monitoring and supporting staff undertaking the verification of learning and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running and marketing of the Beauty Academy
  • Provide technical support for the activities of the training and classrooms
  • Monitor and support staff undertaking the verification of learning and achievement
  • Work within the Operations Team to ensure compliance with all Awarding Body and funding agency requirements
  • Contribute to quality assurance and focus on successful timely completions
  • Manage and monitor the academy site to deliver a first-class offer across both funded and commercial training offers
  • Support and monitor the IQA and their team with delivery support and ongoing personal and professional development
  • Provide timely and effective P&L for all funded and commercial delivery activities across the academy
  • Work with the operations team to produce a project plan for learner progression and achievement
  • Provide routing data to assist the programme area planning and projections
  • Contribute to the company quality improvement plan and quality action plan across your area of responsibility
  • Continual development of delivery opportunities for growth, including an annual development and review plan
  • Work with the operations team to service External Verification and quality assurance visits
  • Adhere to best practices in data protection
  • Maintain high standards in equality and diversity for both yourself and the centre staff
  • Oversee the effective use of the company Management Information System (MIS)
  • Plan and control all required course delivery, including allocation of staff and resources to support such delivery across all areas of the business
  • Provide routine data and reports to the senior management team in relation to the area of responsibility
  • Lead and plan centre meetings in line with the current quality and management plan
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Manage the effective monitoring of the quality of provision in line with the EIF
  • Review and update centre health and safety policies and risk assessments, ensuring full compliance
  • Attend conferences and training as directed by your nominated line manager
  • Be responsible for the management of costing, purchase orders, and maintaining stock inventory of student equipment for learning environments and business outlets

Requirements:

  • Beauty Management: 1 year (required)
  • Hold a level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification
  • IT proficiency with experience in management information systems
  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting skills
  • Project management & Marketing skills
