Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our residential property department at a prestigious law firm. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive support to our solicitors and contribute to the efficiency of our conveyancing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist solicitors with document management, correspondence, and audio-typing and word processing tasks.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage client files in accordance with office protocols.
  • Coordinate mail, meetings, and diary schedules to ensure efficient communication and time management.
  • Provide exceptional client care, uphold confidentiality, and support office staff and secretaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working within conveyancing at a law firm.
  • Exceptional literacy and communication abilities.
  • Proficient keyboard and IT skills.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a team.
