Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager to join our team at Adore Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing site installation monitoring across all our client's systems and projects, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site inspections for multiple ongoing projects within the designated area, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Complete and distribute inspection reports following site inspections, highlighting any issues that require immediate attention.
- Act as an intermediary to assist the project team and contractor in resolving issues on-site, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Attend Pre-start meetings and communicate with all relevant parties to ensure that our guarantee sign-off requirements are understood, helping to avoid issues that could affect the smooth running of the installation, particularly on complex or high-value projects.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and practical hands-on experience in the installation of Built-up systems, with a strong understanding of roofing/waterproofing technologies and flat roof construction from both a technical and commercial aspect.
- Maintain health and safety awareness and relevant certifications, such as a CSCS card, and demonstrate competency in the use of Microsoft software, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant tools.
- Conduct surveys and technical reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve our client's services and products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in conducting site inspections and technical reports, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Relevant certifications, such as a CSCS card, and proficiency in Microsoft software, including Windows, Outlook, Excel, and other relevant tools.
