Join Our Team as a Technical Services Manager

Zest Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to lead our air conditioning technical services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and food safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supplier Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of air conditioning services.
  2. Technical Project Management: Assess and devise robust procedures for technical projects and raw materials processes to ensure compliance and food safety.
  3. Compliance and Food Safety: Ensure high standards of compliance and food safety across all operations.
  4. Complaint Management: Review and manage complaints from customers and suppliers, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  5. Quality Management: Analyze trend results, quality non-conformances, and manage raw material improvement standards to ensure continuous improvement.
  6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Current experience in Food Manufacturing with Technical/Quality Assurance, Supplier Assurance, BRCGS, and HACCP/Food Defence.
  • Desirable: Retailer knowledge and a Food Science/Food Technology/Nutrition related degree.
