Job Title: Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for managing the technical design, planning, and delivery of infrastructure, including services and landscaping on developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the technical design, planning, and delivery of infrastructure, including services and landscaping on developments.
  • Lead and coordinate the managers across a wider team.
  • Develop and implement effective people management strategies, including goal setting, performance management, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high standards and excellence in customer satisfaction, house building, and construction.
  • Stay up-to-date with planning, financial, and legal processes to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a development company or professional practice.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Experience using document management systems, such as Viewpoint/4P.
