Job Title: Air-conditioning Technical Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee all food safety processes and ensure compliance with BRCGS, Organic, Halal, and Kosher certifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing and technical services, with a focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all food safety processes and ensure compliance with relevant certifications
  • Manage records, conduct recall testing, and handle the induction and training of new employees
  • Lead monthly management meetings on food safety, quality, and legal issues
  • Investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, and liaise with customer representatives
  • Perform daily food safety checks and handle allergen management, pest control, and supplier service approvals
Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in food manufacturing and technical services, with a focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Established technical and food safety knowledge within the food manufacturing industry
  • NEBOSH / IOSH Qualifications and Advanced HACCP and Food Hygiene certifications
