Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate plant machinery and oversee waste movements, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to complete manual handling tasks.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development.
