About the Role
We're looking for a talented Store Manager to join our team at Toolstation. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver great service by ensuring your team provides a fantastic customer experience and drives sales through service.
- Muck in by helping the team get the job done, checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, and cleaning the branch.
- Inspire a positive mindset by building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition.
- Ask questions and build relationships by making sure your team gets the development they need to support future business growth and succession.
- Lead from the front by coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great place to work where engagement is key.
- Build a fun working environment by maintaining high branch standards and making sure your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
