Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pets at Home Group Plc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in your store.
About the RoleAs a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of at least 10 people and providing coaching and development opportunities
- Driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Leading from the front and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results
- Managing store operations, including stock management and inventory control
- Collaborating with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of hands-on management experience in a retail environment
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing a team of at least 10 people
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
