Key Responsibilities- Lead from the front with a hands-on approach, inspiring your team and creating a fantastic place to shop and work.
- Maximise sales and performance across all major KPI's through effective team management and leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and data protection.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on management experience in managing a team of at least 10 people.
- Flexible and able to work a flexible shift pattern across 7 days a week.
- Passionate for retail and has a proven track record of delivering high standards and great results.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and inspire your team.
- Ready to take on 6 months of industry-leading training covering all the key aspects of the role.
