About the Role:
The ICT Network Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Organisation's network systems and services. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Intranet, Internet, and Firewall design, configuration, implementation, and support. You will also provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners. With your expertise, you will lead and manage teams of people to achieve business objectives. A current full driving licence is required, but we welcome applicants who do not drive but can provide alternative transportation approved by the Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement network infrastructure to meet business requirements
* Manage and maintain network systems and services
* Provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* At least 3 years of experience in network administration, preferably in a managerial role
* Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
