Field Sales Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our charity partners' missions and goals
- Engage with the public at various events and locations, showcasing our charity partners' work and securing donations
- Work collaboratively with our in-house venues team to identify and secure new event opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for donors and the public
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or fundraising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving targets
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
