Job Description

Reach Plc is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Hull. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with new clients and converting leads into high-quality appointments for our Field Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise your success by setting high-quality appointments that have the potential to become successful sales
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including our Field Sales team and potential clients
  • Share knowledge and constructive feedback within the team to support development and continuous improvement
  • Ensure systems are up to date with relevant client information to support the successful delivery of sales

Requirements

We are looking for a collaborative individual who is a strong communicator and has prior experience of successfully building relationships with new clients and driving revenue growth. You will be motivated to maximise your success and have a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.

What We Offer

We offer a basic salary of up to £27,000 + Bonus, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme, 25 days' holiday per year, and enhanced family leave. You will also have access to a brilliant range of learning and development programmes to support your career growth.
