Traffic Management Compliance Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at the Clancy Group. This role is responsible for ensuring that all traffic management activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traffic management principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and National Highway Sector Scheme (NHSS).
- Provide guidance and support to employees on training requirements.
- Prepare reports for senior management on audit findings.
- Manage non-conformances and ensure timely close-out.
- Maintain an Audit Database and track remedial actions.
- Coordinate and manage continual improvement projects.
- Perform site visits to enable upcoming projects and schemes.
- Conduct compliance checks for streetworks, vehicles, yards, and paperwork.
